A complete request helps us recommend the right engine and quote quickly. Please include as much of the following as you can.
Application
- What the engine will drive: drilling rig, mud pump, generator, ship propulsion, fire or flood pump, or another machine
- For drilling rigs: rig type (mechanical or electric drive) and drilling depth
- For ships: main or auxiliary engine, and fuel type (MGO, MDO or HFO)
Power and speed
- Required continuous power and any standby power, in kW
- Required speed in r/min
- Starting method: air or electric motor
- Any emission standard required in your market, such as EPA Tier 2 or IMO Tier II
For generator sets
- Rated power, voltage and frequency (50 Hz or 60 Hz)
- Power factor and wiring (three-phase four-wire or three-wire)
- Preferred generator brand, if any
- Installation: land power station, drilling rig, offshore platform or ship
Configuration and delivery
- Bare engine, engine with torque converter or coupling set, or complete generator set
- Quantity and delivery destination
- Spare parts you want included
